Slips
Slips is a part of Aardvark Reports system. Here an administrator can generate a Report regarding Slip information. To access information about Bets in the each Slip, please refer to Bets Report.
Administrator must click on Generate button in order to retrieve the Report on the right-side of the screen.
There are two available Reports in the Slips: Detailed & Summary.
After clicking Generate, administrator can select/deselect which of the data columns to show/hide in the Report.
In addition, administrator can also Export the report in .csv type of format.
Note, Exported Report won't include the data which was hidden by an administrator.
Filter
Administrator can filter Data by:
Date
- By clicking on the Calendar and choosing specific date from-to
- By clicking on radio button with specified date: "Today" "Yesterday" "This week" etc.
- Admin can also type-in specified time
Slip Range
- By typing specific Slip ID From-to
Location
- By clicking on "Location" button and selecting specific Organisation branch (group, shop)
- Administrator will only see branches of organisation(s) that he/she has permissions to view
Till (Hidden until Shop is selected in the Location)
- By selecting a Till from where a specific Cashier was working on
Cashier
- By choosing a specific Cashier from the drop-down list
Games
- By Ticking/Unticking specific Game(s)from the list
- Ticked - include, unticked - exclude, unticked all - include all
Slip State
- By Ticking/Unticking specific Slip State(s) from the list
- Ticked - include, unticked - exclude, unticked all - include all
- Slip States are important in Summary Report whenever Administrator wants to view Total Amounts of Revoked Paid Out or Paid Out Won and so on.
Result
- Allows administrator to view data by specified amount (default - 1000)
Summary Report
In Slips, Administrator can switch between Summary and Detailed Reports.
Administrator can also hide/show by ticking/unticking specific columns Administrator doesn't need.

| Gross Win | Total of Gross Win - Gross win is calculated by excluding Total Paid Out from Total Paid In |
| Gross Win Margin1) | Gross Win Margin of Total Gross Win |
| Winners Unpaid | Total of Winners Unpaid |
| Net Win | Total of Net Win - Net win is calculated by excluding Total Winners Unpaid from Total Gross Win |
| Net Win Margin2) | Net Win Margin of Total Net Win |
Detailed Report
Slip Detailed Report shows all information regarding each Slip individually. Note, that it doesn't show information about each Slip bets, this can be found at Bets Report.
