Start a Shift

To start working with Aardvark's Cashier Management System you need to start your shift. With this, you will see other products and you will be able to accept bets and do your work as a cashier. After starting your shift the appearance of the layout will slightly change.

Normally, you wouldn't be able to start your shift if you have no internet connection or your printer is not working. But if you meet those requirements, you can try starting your shift:

  1. On your browser, open Aardvark Cashier page
  2. Choose Cashier or Administrator application. You will be redirected.
  3. Sign in with your Account.
  4. If you get an invalid credentials error:
    • Check credentials you provided.
    • Contact Support if can't access your account.

To start your shift:

  1. Select a Till you want to start your shift on.
  2. Confirm by clicking Yes in the follow-up question.

It is possible that you won't find the till you are actually looking for. This may happen if the till is disabled or already has a shift started on it by another person. Please contact your Manager in such particular case.

Otherwise, the shift is now successfully started and you can start working on your daily tasks.
