-===== Live Roulette ===== +======= Live Roulette =======
-Aardvark's most proud betting game where players bet on real-life events happening in a real casino.+

-==== General information ====+===== Overview =====

-Live Roulette is controlled completely but the croupier in the casino. Whenever a croupier stops betting timethe system will also disable cashier's application for a cashier to accept bets.+Live Roulette is a variation of the other of our games, [[cashier:games:spin-and-win|Spin & Win]], the only difference being that Live Roulette spins are performed by real croupier in an actual casinoand streamed live for customers to bet. Although sharing many similarities, Live Roulette has no alternative types, i.e. only European roulette is available.

-Other quite important difference from other Aardvark products is that Live Roulette has no way of resetting bet entries whenever they get crossed out, as explained in the **[[cashier:how-to:create-betting-slip#crossed-out-bet-entries|crossed out bet entries instructions]]**+===== Betting Screen =====

-Besides that, the game works completely on a real-time basis, has now way of resetting bet entries, has no option to bet on future events, and everything is decided by croupierLive Roulette has the same bet types and game interface layout as Spin & Win +There is a dedicated betting screen for live roulette bettingwhich can be accessed through the "GAME SCREENoption on the top of the cashier betting page.

-Screen for the players which can be accessed through the **Launch screen** hyperlink in the main game screen as explained before contains information directed to the players explained in the screenshot below+{{ :cashier:games:french-selections.png?nolink&200|}}

-{{ :cashier:games:cashier_-_punter_s_live_roulette_screen.png?nolink |}}+French selections originate from the original casino roulette where certain numbers on the roulette were grouped. If needed, organisations can disable the French bets.

 +**Voisins** du Zero, translating as zero's neighbors, include all 17 wheel numbers between 22 and 25. Jeu **Zero** is a mini version of Voisins Du Zero covering the 2 numbers to the zero’s right (when looking at the wheel) and the 4 numbers to the zero’s left. **Tiers** du Cylindre, translating as a third of the circle, covers all numbers, put on the wheel between 27 and 33. **Orphelins**, or orphans, are the numbers that are left on the wheel that do not belong to Voisins and Tiers, i.e. this bet covers two slices of the wheel with 8 numbers in total: 17, 34, 6 and 1, 20, 14, 31, and 9.

 +==== La Partage ====

 +There is an additional option for organisations to include a 'La Partage' option for Spin & Win. ‘La Partage’ rule is in play only for even money bets. These bets are the high-low, even-odd, or red-black wagers all of which pay off at even money. When the ‘La Partage’ rule is in effect, when the wheel spin comes up with a ‘zero’, half the money of the bet is returned to the player.
