cashier:games:live-roulette

This is an old revision of the document!

Aardvark's most proud betting game where players bet on real-life events happening in a real casino.

Live Roulette is controlled completely but the croupier in the casino. Whenever a croupier stops betting time, the system will also disable cashier's application for a cashier to accept bets.

Other quite important difference from other Aardvark products is that Live Roulette has no way of resetting bet entries whenever they get crossed out, as explained in the crossed out bet entries instructions

Besides that, the game works completely on a real-time basis, has now way of resetting bet entries, has no option to bet on future events, and everything is decided by a croupier, Live Roulette has the same bet types and game interface layout as Spin & Win

  • Single number where players bet on a single number going from a range of 0 to 36 inclusively
  • 11st 12 where players bet on a group of numbers going from 1 to 12
  • 2nd 12 where players bet on a group of numbers going from 13 to 24
  • 3rd 12 where players bet on a group of numbers going from 25 to 36

There are no unique interface elements in the "Live Roulette" product

Layout

The main layout is interactive and contains all available bet options. A cashier can use the mouse to click on the board presented in the main layout and this way place bet entries in the betting slip.

French selections are not separate bet types, they are just quick bet selections

Selected bets are visually separated from the rest of the board so the cashier could easily recognize which options are already in the Slip

Quick-stake box is used to quickly add stake before making a selection. By typing in a Stake in the quick-stake box and then making a selection, e.g. ROW1 cashier will quickly add stake for that specific bet entry

NB: French selections cannot be placed if there is no stake added in the quick-stake box
