Due to GlobalBet's internal policies and operations, they provide and send us the ticket status only for loser tickets, while the remaining tickets remain active. However, this does not restrict the ticket payout process as tickets can be paid out directly from the GlobalBet platform. In order to balance the tickets and have a status for every ticket that is paid in for GlobalBet games, Aardvark Technologies team has implemented a GlobalBet poller service that additionally requests tickets' status after the draw takes place.

Whenever a draw, a race, or a match takes place, GlobalBet only send ticket status for loser tickets, meaning, all other tickets remain active in the Aardvark system with a status of 'Confirmed'. Aardvark Technologies polling service requests tickets' status approximately 2 hours after the draw/race/match to resolve all winner tickets fully.

GlobalBet tickets not having a status in the Aardvark administrator interface does not restrict customers from continuing to play. Customers can still pay the tickets out using the GlobalBet platform. Once a ticket is paid out in the GlobalBet system, the ticket status in the Aardvark administrator interface will change from 'Confirmed' to 'Winner - Paid Out'.

When the poller service requests ticket status, remaining unpaid winning tickets become 'Winner - Unpaid' in the Aardvark system. Customers can then pay the tickets out in any of the two systems.

  • Loser Tickets:
    • Get resulted immediately after the draw;
    • Get 'Loser' status both in the Aardvark and GlobalBet systems.
  • Winner Tickets:
    • Get resulted immediately after the draw in the GlobalBet system;
    • Remain with a 'Confirmed' status in the Aardvark system until the GlobalBet poller service requests ticket status;
    • Customers can pay out tickets in the GlobalBet system at any time;
    • Tickets get 'Winner - Unpaid' status after the GlobalBet poller service requests ticket status.
