 ====== Slips ======

+Slips is a part of Aardvark Reports system. Here an administrator can generate a Report regarding Slip information. To access information about Bets in the each Slip, please refer to [[admin:bets|Bets Report]].
+Administrator **must** click on Generate button on the left in order to retrieve the Report.
+There are **two available** Reports in the Slips: Detailed & Summary.
+After clicking Generate, administrator can select/deselect which of the data columns to show/hide in the Report.
+In addition, administrator can also Export the report in .csv type of format.
+Note, Exported Report won't include the data which was hidden by an administrator.
+==== Filter ====
+Administrator can filter Data by:
+**Date**
+  * By clicking on the Calendar and choosing specific date from-to
+  * By clicking on radio button with specified date: "Today" "Yesterday" "This week" etc.
+  * Admin can also type-in specified time
+**Slip Range**
+  * By specifying Slip ID From-to
+**Location**
+  * By clicking on "Location" button and selecting specific Organisation branch (group, shop)
+  * Administrator will only see branches of organisation(s) that he/she has permissions to view
+**Till** (Hidden until Shop is selected in the Location)
+  * By selecting a Till from where a specific Cashier was working on
+**Cashier**
+  * By choosing a specific Cashier from the drop-down list
+**Games**
+  * By Ticking/Unticking specific Game(s)from the list
+  * Ticked - include, unticked - exclude, unticked all - include all
+  * //Multi-games// selection includes those slips that are placed as multibets for different games, or those slips that have two or more bets for different games.
+**Slip State**
+  * By Ticking/Unticking specific Slip State(s) from the list
+  * Ticked - include, unticked - exclude, unticked all - include all
+  * Slip States are important in Summary Report whenever Administrator wants to view Total Amounts of Revoked Paid Out or Paid Out Won and so on.

+  * Allows administrator to view data by specified amount (default - 1000)
+==== Summary Report ====
+In Slips, Administrator can switch between Summary and Detailed Reports.
+Administrator can also hide/show by ticking/unticking specific columns Administrator doesn't need.

+| Net Win | Total of Net Win - Net win is calculated by excluding Total Winners Unpaid from Total Gross Win |

+==== Detailed Report ====
+Slip Detailed Report shows all information regarding each Slip individually. Note, that it doesn't show information about each Slip bets, this can be found at [[admin:bets|Bets Report]].
+To better understand the Report and the Data in it, please familiarise with each data element in the table provided below.

+| Slip ID | A Unique Identification number for each Slip. Administrator can click on it, to retrieve more details about the Slip |
+| Pay-in Time | Time when Cashier Printed the Slip and received money from the Customer |
+| Pay-out Time | Time when Cashier Provided [[cashier:betting-slip#paying-out-betting-slip|Pay-out Code]] and paid out the money to the Customer |
+| Shop | Shop name where Slip was printed |
+| Currency | Currency of the Slip |
+| Paid In | Total amount paid in by the Customer to the Cashier for the Slip |
+| Win | Total Winnings of the Slip |
+| Paid Out | Total amount paid out by the Cashier to the Customer for the Slip (revoked and/or win)
+| Till | Till name where Slip was printed |
+| Shift ID | A Unique Identification number for the Shift where Slip was printed on |
+| Cashier | Cashier's name which printed the Slip |
+| Printed | Shows information whether Cashier successfully printed the Slip or not; Yes - if the slip was printed successfully, no - if not |

+Possible Slip States and their meanings:

+| Confirmed | Slip accepted by the Cashier - neither a winner or a loser; Slip yet to result, potentially able to be revoked |
+| In Progress | Slip accepted by the Cashier - neither a winner or a loser; Slip where some selections are already resulted and they are winners, but not all - non revocable |
+| Winner Unpaid | Slip's bet(s) has been resulted - it's a winner & the customer has not been paid out |
+| Paid Out (Won) | Slip's bet(s) has been resulted - it's a winner & the customer has been paid out |
+| Loser | Slip's bet(s) has been resulted - it's a loser |
+| Revoked Unpaid | Slip has been marked as revoked (either by HQ or a Cashier) but ticket value (odds x 1.00) has not yet been paid out to the customer |
+| Forced Loser | Forced loser is a special Slip state which can only be set by HQ. It makes a ticket into a losing ticket even if it was originally / technically a winning ticket. This state can be effected either via HQ action or by the system itself (e.g. if the ticket has not been paid-out within the ticket expiry time) |
+| Paid Out (Revoked) | Slip has been revoked and the Slip value has been paid back to the customer |
