Slips

By opening <ttip: Slips></ttip> in admin's interface. Administrator will see all information considering all Slips done in organisation.

The Slips page is made up from four tabs:

This tab is located on the left of the Slips interface. Allows you to filter all the data. With filter tab administrator can filter all slips by: Date, Slip range (from - to), Market, Cashier, Games and Slip State.

Administrator must simply select on how he wishes to filter the slip data and click button Generate → .

If administrator wishes for the results for the results to filter every one minute, he can click on repeat generate button near Generate button →

This tab is located on the left just below Filter tab. Administrator can check any Slip by simply entering its number into Check Slip by ID bar and clicking button Check →

After using filter tab to filter slips by date, administrator will also see Summary of (date from) - (date to) results in the main Slips window.

Main slips table is made from columns in which all data gets represented. This table can be exported in XLSX format for Excel, all administrator needs to do is click on button for export in the right-upper corner of the Slips tab →

Here administrator will see filtered or all Slips. Table is made from few columns: Slip ID, Pay-in Time, Pay-out Time, Shop, Paid In (currency and amount), Win, Tax, Paid Out, Till, Shift ID, Cashier and State.

in Slip ID column, Slip ID is shown. This ID is interactive, by clicking on it, administrator can access full information about the Slip.

Both columns for Pay-in and out Time shows when the cashier printed the slip (Pay-In) and when he printed cash operation for paying the winnings or return (Pay-out).

This column shows in what shop the betting slip was made.

In these columns all information about money flow is shown. The currency and the amount of cash was paid in, paid out, won and taxed.

All the rest columns provide information on what till the betting slip was made, on which Shift ID, by which Cashier and what is the current status of the betting slip.

Statuses can be (each of them have different colour in the betting slip table):

<ttip:(White)></ttip> Confirmed: betting slip was printed and the betting time is still continuing.

<ttip:(Light blue)></ttip> Loser: customer lost and his betting slip became 'Loser'

<ttip:(Dark red)></ttip> Forced Loser: betting slip was 'force to lose' by administrator. i.e. cancelled by administrator. This can be done only by administrator.

<ttip:(Light yellow)></ttip> Revoked Unpaid: betting slip was revoked by administrator or cashier but the cash operation wasn't done afterwards making betting slip unpaid.

<ttip:(Yellow)></ttip> Paid Out (Revoked): betting slip was revoked and paid out. All operations done properly.

<ttip:(Light green)></ttip> Winner Unpaid: customer won and his betting slip became 'Winner', but cashier didn't print cash operation afterwards making betting slip unpaid.

<ttip:(Green)></ttip> Paid Out (Won): customer won and his betting slip became 'Winner' and cashier successfully paid out customer and printed required cash operation.

By clicking on the Slip state administrator can revoke, restore (return to previous state) or 'force' loose the Slip.
