Global Numbers

In Aardvark's Global Numbers, bookmaker's administrator/s can apply a variety of individual adjustments per each product. This article will focus on the possible actions that administrator can apply to Global Numbers game to make it more personalized.

For an administrator to access Global Numbers game at first, he/she will need to sign in to aardvark and choose Administrator's application path.

After successfully signing in, the administrator now needs to choose Games tab in the ribbon. This path will lead to the Organisation games list where the administrator can make changes to any particular game.

From the Organisation Games list, the administrator needs to click on the underlined Edit link in the settings column. This link will lead an administrator to specified games settings. Since this article focuses on Global Numbers special settings, the administrator needs to choose Edit link in the Global Numbers row.

Global Numbers settings can be changed by opening their edit screen which was explained in the previous chapter. Some settings in Aardvark games follow a certain pattern and are available in every game.

DISPLAY NAME - display name of the game can be changed depending on administrator's wish. The default name of the game can be switched to something more individual for the bookmaker.

BIDS POOL - a setting used to reset or combine organizations total stakes of the game. if for any reason, an administrator needs to reset the Total stakes presented on the Game screen for the punters, he/she needs to click on the "Reset Bids Pool" button.

MAX WIN LIMIT - administrator can enable/disable and use max win limit for the Global Numbers game. Max win limit will inform the cashier that stake in the slip exceeds maximum potential win, so the cashier needs to inform the customer if he/she really wants to stake on bets that will exceed max potential win. For an administrator to use this feature, he/she needs to tick/untick the checkbox near max win limit box and enter the max win limit, e.g. R1 000. After making any changes to the game settings, an administrator always needs to save them, by clicking on the Save button at the bottom of the screen.

Allow Slips to be revoked by cashiers - by unticking "Use default settings" administrator will be able to change allow/disallow (on/off) revoking of Slips by the cashiers

Limits per selection - allows an administrator to manually set up limits on Global Numbers selections (bets).
