Betting slip

Betting slip is the essential part of cashier software. To fill it up with bets you must first pick your customer's wanted bets manually from the games customer wishes. How to manage betting slip you will read in the next few segments. To add bets, first you must select a game. More information about each game separately you can find here.

1. Open game which customer wishes to bet on.

2. Select an option(s) on which customer wishes to bet. For example, Roulette Red 14 and American Roulette All reds.

3. Using game interactive boards click on the options customer wants.

4. Re-check betting slip if everything is correct.

Move your mouse cursor on to the Stake bar and type in a number of money customer wishes to stake.

Use our pre-made staking menu:

Choose either or options.

Select numbers from the number-pad in the staking menu.

If you made some errors, click on deselect (cancel) button.

Last part of Betting slip is printing it.

IMPORTANT
After cashier clicks button Print Printing will begin immoderately, without asking to confirm it or not!

Double-check if everything is alright and click button Print.

If Print button is greyed-out → then there must be some kind of error in betting slip, which prevents you from printing it.

If everything is alright Print button should look active →

Possible Errors: Explanation:
No stake for bets, please enter stake for bets.There's no stakes made on the bets cashier choose
Total stake is too low.Check your minimum and maximum stake size. If total stake doesn't reach minimum stake size, this error will appear and won't allow printing betting slip
Game's name: Maximum stake per event is XSome games allow specific amount (X) of events to bet on them. For example in Roulette you could make only four selections, if you exceed this number, you won't be able to print betting slip.
Betting slip contains inactive bets. Please review betting slip.After betting time closes the bets that was selected before becomes inactive. To reuse the same inactive bets again check segment: Optional:re-using last bets just below.
Extra notification:
Max win limit reached. Marked winning bets will be capped at maximum win limit.Getting this notification doesn't prevent betting slip from being printed, though it's important to understand that maximum win limit is reached and more than this limit customer won't win.

After you clicked Printing there is no way back, you must collect the money. The printing will begin immediately without any additional follow ups.

If everything was successful you will get such pop-up:

If printing failed, you will see Reprint pop-up box. Very important: Do not close this box, check your printer connection and try reprinting slip again!.

There're some Extra features which might be handy for the cashier.

Re-opening last selections is a useful feature whenever a Cashier doesn't make it in time to print the betting slip and customer wishes to use the same selections for the next game match (draw, race). Cashier can re-open all selections from each different game. So cashier can re-open not for all selections, but for all of the specific game.

To Re-open last selections simply Cashier must:

1. Check the Betting Slip if the selections crossed-out: meaning that Betting Time closed for the next match (draw, race).

2. Important: open the Game which Selections you wish to re-open.

3. Click on the Re-open mini-button in the title.

4. Do this for all the Selections, unless Customer wishes otherwise.

This feature is available only if the Betting Slip is Empty. With this feature, Cashier can insert same selections in the Betting Slip as they were used just in the previous (successfully printed) Slip.

To use Last Bet:

1. Be sure that there was a succesfully prtined Slip just before you will click on the Last Bet.

2. Click on the Create New Betting Slip tab in the Betting Slip Window.

3. Click on the Last Bet function.

4. Re-open & check if the selections are correct and Print the Slip for the customer.

Possible Win always gets printed on the Betting Slip. But if to view it online (on the customer screen or in the Slip), then Cashier needs to use mini-button for the Possible Win calculation.

At the bottom of the betting slip you can find the mini-button for Refresh near Possible Win. Simply click on it and you'll get information about Possible Winnings.

To cancel specific selections in the Betting Slip. Cashier can simply click on the mini-button with white X to cancel individual or grouped selections.

In order to cancel individual selections cashier must simply follow the row of the selection and click on the cancel mini-button to cancel in that row specified selection.

For cashier to cancel group (game) selections, cashier needs to click on the cancel mini-button in the headline row.

If Cashier wishes to Clear whole Slip, he can do that by clicking on Clear Slip button → at the bottom of the Betting Slip.

To pay-out betting slip:

1. Go to Pay out Betting Slip tab in Betting slip.

2. Provide Slip ID number by typing the number or using bar-code scanner.

3. Click Check slip.

4. Scroll down and provide Pay Out code which can be found on printed betting slip.

5. Click button Payout.

6. In the prompted question click Yes.

NOTE
Betting slip cannot be revoked when the time to bet has ended and results were published.

To revoke a betting slip:

1. Go to Pay out Betting Slip tab in Betting slip.

2. Provide Slip ID number by typing the number or using bar-code scanner.

3. Click Check slip.

4. Scroll down and provide Pay Out code which can be found on printed betting slip.

5. Click button Revoke.

6. In the prompted question click Yes.

NOTE
If the betting time closed while you were trying to revoke the betting slip, an error will appear and Revoke button will grey-out → Meaning that the betting slip was confirmed and can now be revoked only by administrator.

If the time for betting has ended, but the betting slip wasn't printed yet, cashier has an option to re-use the last bets:

Simply find re-use arrow button and click on it. If bets are made in different games for the same betting slip, you'll have to go to the game which bets belong and click re-use arrow button from there.


If you wish to re-use last bets of betting slip that was printed: you must go to Pay Out Betting Slip tab in the Betting Slip, type in the ID number of Slip and Click Check Slip.

If the betting slip was printed and cashier wants to re-use bets used in the betting slip that was printed, he then must:

1. Go to Pay out Betting Slip tab in Betting slip.

2. Provide Slip ID number by typing the number or using bar-code scanner.

3. Click Check slip.

4. Scroll down and click on

Last bet function allows cashier to place exactly the same bet as it was just did before. This can be handy when customer wishes to bet on exactly the same as before.

To use last bet function:

1. There must be at least one bet done in that shift, so the "last bet" would exist in the first place.

2. In betting Slip Create new Betting Slip tab, click Last bet button →

3. Check betting slip and if everything is correct, print it.

There're three ways to clear betting slip from selections.

First. Clearing one-by-one selections. To do that: Move your mouse cursor near the selection you wish to remove and click on remove button →

Second. Clearing by games. To do that: Click on the remove button → near the games name. Only the top game in the betting slip can be cleared this way.

Third. Clearing all betting slip from selections. To do that: Click on the CLEAR SLIP button → in the lowest-left corner of betting slip.
