Live Roulette Betting Rules

  1. Terms
    1. Wheel - a mostly wooden mechanical machine featuring red and black slots that have the numbers from 1 to 36 on them, and one green zero slot.
    2. Croupier (dealer) - a person appointed at a gambling table to assist in the conduct of the game, especially in the distribution of bets and payouts.
    3. Odds – numerical expression determined by an organisation, which is multiplied by the amount of the player’s stake to calculate the winnings.
  2. Rules
    1. After all the participants in the game have placed their bets on the table, the dealer spins the wheel and throws in a small ball. Whichever is the number of the slot the ball lands in is the winning number. Winnings are paid out according to the stakes on each of the selections.
    2. The game runs 24/7. Each spin's interval is determined by the croupier in the casino, meaning, there is no set time amount between each spin.
    3. Bets are accepted for a period of time between the moment a spin has ended and the moment the croupier waves his/her hand to indicate stoppage. The start and stoppage are controlled automatically by programmed software.
    4. The game can be interrupted for equipment cleaning, measurement, or other maintenance procedures. Bet acceptance interval remains open throughout the entirety of the processes whenever they occur.
  3. Betting limits
    1. Betting limits are set by each organisation that adopts the product. They can be configured in the Aardvark Technologies administrator interface.
  4. Special cases
    1. Cancelled draws.
      1. Draws can be cancelled due to technical failures: internet connection problems, technical issues in the casino or in the Aardvark infrastructure.
      2. The draw will also be cancelled if the ball bounces of the wheel and falls out of the wheel.
      3. Longer breaks are allowed (1-5 cancelled spins in a row) due to technical failures in the casino. All bets placed in these draws are void and stakes are returned to the players.
    2. Video and audio streaming do not match or do not exist
      1. If a player cannot see the live broadcast due to technical reasons at its end (no internet connection, no electricity, etc.), but the result can be found in the archive, the spin is deemed to have taken place.
      2. There is a possible video delay due to the nature of the way the game is streamed. There is a server inside the casino, as well as an additional server in Lithuania and other parts of the world. If the spin result comes in faster than the actual spin is broadcasted, the result is counted sequentially.
