Shop Deposit and Withdrawal

This is a detailed step-by-step tutorial of online deposits and withdrawals in Aardvark Technologies betting platform.

There are two main ways of depositing money to an online account for a user - either via creating a request on the website or making a deposit request using Aardvark cashier application.

The first way of depositing money to a user's account is by creating a request from the website.

  1. Navigate to the top right of the website and select your profile
  2. After selecting your profile, click a green button 'DEPOSIT'

After clicking a button, a pop-up message will appear. Select 'Betting Shop' as the desired deposit method, and enter the amount of money you want to deposit.

After a website deposit request is created, the process must be finished in a betting shop. Here, the cashier has to:

  1. Click the 'START WEB PAYMENT' button at the bottom right of the screen.
  2. Search for the desired user by entering either a part of or the entire:
    1. Customer's name
    2. Customer's mobile number
    3. Customer's email address
  3. Select 'VIEW TRANSACTIONS' from the user list. At this point, the cashier should see the amount of money the customer is trying to deposit and collect the money from the customer.
  4. After performing the previous actions, click the 'DEPOSIT' button right beside the deposit amount.
  5. In the new pop-up window, the cashier will be asked whether he/she is sure about the deposit and wants to proceed. This is the last step where the deposit request can be cancelled. If everything is correct, click the 'YES' button.

The second way of depositing money to a user's account is by creating a request from the cashier's interface.

  1. Click the 'START WEB PAYMENT' button at the bottom right of the screen.
  2. Search for the desired user by entering either a part of or the entire:
    1. Customer's name
    2. Customer's mobile number
    3. Customer's email address
  3. Select 'VIEW TRANSACTIONS' from the user list.
  4. Click the 'NEW DEPOSIT' button underneath.
  5. Enter the desired deposit amount in the pop-up window that appears.
  6. Click the 'SUBMIT' button. By this time, the cashier should have already received the deposit money from the customer. The customer now receives a pin code to his phone via SMS. This is the code he/she must dictate in later steps.
  7. After all the aforementioned steps are completed, select 'DEPOSIT'.
  8. Enter the pin code the customer received via SMS.
  9. Click 'YES' and complete the deposit.

In order to create a withdrawal request, a customer must perform the following steps:

  1. Go to the 'My Profile' section in his/her online account.
  2. Select the 'Withdraw' option on the menu.
  3. Select 'BETTING SHOP' as the desired option of withdrawal.
  4. Enter the desired withdrawal amount and click 'SUBMIT'.

After performing all the aforementioned steps, a customer will see a window with a pin code. The customer will also receive the pin code to his/her phone via SMS. Additionally, the customer can always see all transactions and pin codes in the 'Transaction History' section of his/her profile.

The second stage of withdrawal is performed from the cashier application.

  1. Click the 'START WEB PAYMENT' button at the bottom right of the screen.
  2. Search for the desired user by entering either a part of or the entire:
    1. Customer's name
    2. Customer's mobile number
    3. Customer's email address
  3. Select 'VIEW TRANSACTIONS' from the user list.
  4. Click the 'WITHDRAW' button underneath.
  5. Enter the pin code the customer received after submitting the withdrawal request.
  6. Click 'YES' to finalize the withdrawal.
