Stake

Staking is the second phase of the whole Printing Slip Procedure. First is to add different bets, second is to add stake and the last one is to actually print the Slip.

You can stake in a few ways. Aardvark offers several options in how to complete staking part from Cashier's side.

However, before adding stake you should be completely familiar with Player's bets as well as different Aardvark Games.

Instant Staking is Aardvark feature integrated into all Aardvark Games. With it, you are able to add stake before selecting the actual bet. Otherwise, you need to first select bets and only after that add stakes for each of them separately.

Use the Stake element added in the Game's interface in order to place Instant Stake. To use it:

  1. Learn about bet and stake size for it.
  2. Open required game.
  3. Type-in stake into Stake box.
  4. Select bet.

These steps are general for all Aardvark Games. However, you might face some differences throughout the different Games.

Previously described Instant Staking option allows you to place stake before selecting actual bet a.k.a. pre-selected bets stake. Following different stake types are the ones that used after selecting bets.

There are 3 different stake types. They are also included in your Profile settings. One of them is usually your Default Stake Mode.

Different stake modes

Default stake mode is a stake mode that will be always on as a “first choice” whenever you are placing bets and adding stakes. Please note the following information:

Split stake means when the stake entered in the Betting slip is split between the bet entries.

For example, there are two bet entries and the stake is 20 EUR, then the stake will be split into two 20/2 = 10 EUR per each entry. By selecting Split stake radio button you will make Split stake your default stake mode, but you will keep the option to switch between the stake modes in the Betting slip with Stake per selection mode.

Stake per selection means when the stake entered in the Betting slip is copied throughout all selections.

For example, there are two bet entries and the stake is 20 EUR, then the stake will be copied per each entry, which makes Total stake 2*20 = 40 EUR. By selecting Stake per selection radio button you will make Stake per selection your default stake mode, but you will keep the option to switch between stake modes in the Betting slip with Split stake mode.

Stake per selection only is the same as Stake per selection mode but it will remove the option to switch between the stake modes in the betting slip, keeping the only Stake per selection mode.

Introduce the player to few rules:

  • Remind Player stake size limitations, if there is any applied in your Shop.
  • Inform Player about different ways of Staking. One sum split for few bets or one single sum per each different bet.

Stake per bet entry:

  1. Select different bets.
  2. Provide stake to each bet entry individually by adding the stake in the box given near each element.

Stake per group:

  1. Select different bets.
  2. Choose Split Stake or Stake per Selection option.
  3. Provide stake in the box given nearby Stake modes.
  4. Click Refresh stake button.
