Please be informed that this article skips requirements and signing in steps as well as considers that the person reading this is familiar with Cashier's application interface.

New betting slip creation is made up of three core steps:

  1. Placing Bets. Each game screen has a unique interactive layout to place bets. Learn more about each different game in Aardvark
  2. Adding Stake
  3. Last check and Print
  1. Visit the game/s Player wants to bet on
  2. Add bet entry/ies from the game/s
    1. Use mouse and Game interactive layout; or
    2. Use keyboard shortcuts
  3. Check if the bet entries are added into the Betting Slip i.e. "Create new Betting slip" tab


  1. Add stake by using one of the methods:
    1. For Split Stake mode
      1. Use keyboard shortcuts to focus on the Stake:all box and type in the Stake:all box to split it on all bet entries equally
      2. Use the mouse and click on the interactive numpad (clicking more than once will increase the stake)
    2. For Stake per selection mode
      1. Use keyboard shortcuts to focus on the Stake:all box and type in the stake per selection amount to copy it on all bet entries equally
      2. Use the mouse and click on the interactive numpad. You will need to click for each different bet entry individually. The numbers start to add up from bottom to the top bet entry
    3. Per each bet entry individually
      1. Move mouse cursor and click on the stake box near a specific bet entry, use Numpad keys to add a given stake. Do this for all bet entries

NB: Refresh stake button near the Stake:all box is used when switching between the Stake modes. After switching the stake mode, the number given in the total stake won't refresh by itself, you will need to click on refresh button so the stake will add up to the bet entries

To clear the stake from bet entries:

  1. Use the mouse and click on X given in the interactive numpad. The stake will clear in reverse order than add, meaning first to clear will be top entry and last - bottom
  2. Use mouse to move cursor on the stake box and use Delete or backspace keys on a keyboard to clear the stake per each bet entry individually
  1. Visually check the Betting Slip if it does not contain any errors
    1. Check troubleshooting paragraph to clear all the possible errors
  2. Click Print Slip
  3. Click Confirm in the pop-up
  4. Check the Printed Slip and collect money from the Player

If the printer is inactive, you will face an error which will not allow you to continue your work until the Slip is printed succesfuly. Facing issues with Printing Slip? Check Troubleshooting Printer

This happens when the betting time for the selected game event closed. You will need to reset those bet entries by visiting the exact same game/s and clicking on the reset entry arrow in the betting slip

  1. Inspect which Game/s entry/ies crossed out
  2. Visit Game screen for the bet entries which crossed out
    1. If more than one game bet entries crossed out, you will need to visit each game individually to see the reset bet entries arrow
  3. Click on Reset bet entries arrow

NB: resetting bet entries does not work for Global Numbers and Live Roulette

If previously placed and a successfully printed bet is good to be the next printed Slip, then you can use Last bet feature:

  1. Check if the Create New Betting Slip tab is clear
    1. To clear Slip
    2. Click on the clear slip button
    3. Use CTRL+X shortcut
  2. After the slip is clear, click the Last bet
  3. Check if the bet entries are not crossed out, follow crossed out bet entries instructions if they did
  4. Add stake as described in Add stake paragraph
  5. Print Slip

If the printer is inactive, you will face an error which will not allow you to continue your work until the Slip is printed succesfuly. Facing issues with Printing Slip? Check Troubleshooting Printer

Possible errors:

  • Bet entries crossed out. This happens when the betting time for the selected game event closed. You will need to reset those bet entries by visiting the exact same game and clicking on the reset entry arrow in the betting slip
  • Stake is too low. Total stake is too low, add more stake
  • Stake is too high. Total stake exceeds the limits, reduce the stake
  • Maximum potential win exceeds the possible payout size. The player stakes for bet entry too much because if the player wins, then the prize cannot be paid out because it passed over the maximum potential win.
