OTT Payments ATM Withdrawal

Overview

There are numerous ways to withdraw money from an online betting account. If the user does not have a bank account, another option is to withdraw funds from an ATM. Customers can withdraw their winnings from any Standard Bank ATM with Standard Bank Instant Money, or from any FNB ATM with FNB eWallet. OTT Payments withdrawals are only available for South African customers. Both Instant Money and eWallet accounts can hold up to R5000 at a time.

Standard Bank Instant Money

Standard Bank Instant Money allows customers to safely send money transfers to anyone with a cellphone number. The money can be collected at any one of Standard Bank ATMs or Instant Money retail partners. Customers can register for Instant Money by dialing *120*212#, entering your ID number, and creating a unique Instant Money Wallet PIN.

Instant Money retailers in South Africa: Boxer, Builders, Cambridge Food, Checkers, Game, House & Home, Kazang, Makro, OK Furniture, OTT Collect approved sites, PEP stores, Pick n Pay, Rhino, Shoprite, Spar, Usave.

FNB eWallet

FNB eWallet is an instant, easy and affordable money transfer service that allows customers to send money to anyone. The money can be collected at any one of FNB ATMs or eWallet retail partners (813 available destinations at the moment).

Customers can also withdraw cash at other banks' ATMs, but the free withdrawal that customers receive with the Send Money transaction will not apply. Customers must activate the eWallet before being able to use the funds by dialing *120*277#.

OTT Voucher

OTT Voucher is a payment token that allows you to pay, deposit, and top up with online service providers. Customers can purchase OTT vouchers from over 75 000 outlets across South Africa. The vouchers are then used as a means of transacting online.

The Process

Customers can choose from both options when withdrawing money. The process is easy and straightforward.

  1. Select the 'Withdraw' option in the User Profile.
  2. Select 'INSTANT MONEY & EWALLET' as the payment method.
  3. Enter the amount you want to withdraw.
  4. Select either FNB or Standard Bank Instant Money.
  5. Proceed with the instructions from the selected provider.

There can be a withdrawal limit set, beyond which the withdrawal will have to be approved before proceeding.

Standard Bank Instant Money

Upon confirming the withdrawal request, the customer will receive a confirmation SMS to access his/her funds. The SMS will include a voucher and a PIN. An Instant Money voucher has 10 numbers, and the PIN has 4 numbers. The Instant Money voucher number is valid for three years while the PIN number does not expire. However, if you enter the PIN three times incorrectly, it will be blocked.

After getting the details, the customer should just visit a Standard Bank ATM or participating retailer to withdraw his/her winnings.
